If you need onsite technical support we can have a network engineer dispatched to any location in Ventura, Los Angeles, or Santa Barbara County. We work remotely anywhere in the world....if you have an issue, a computer and an internet connection we can help you! Actually only two of the three are required! All our network engineers are Microsoft certified and are trained on all the latest technology.
In addition, our engineers are handpicked based upon their ability to be personable, friendly and responsive. They will explain things to you in non-techie terms, return your emails/phone calls in a timely manner, and ensure your systems are functioning properly.
Finally, every week we perform a 54-point Server Checklist. This checklist is a deep analysis of your server and network operations.
